The city of Denver says it has a world-class arts scene, but lacks world-wide recognition. To change that, and to guide development of the arts in Denver in the future, officials are putting together a new plan and seeking suggestions from the public. The last time the city tried to revamp its arts and culture offerings on this scale was 1989.
