The historic Brown Palace Hotel, in downtown Denver, is for sale. This is only the fourth time its been on the market since opening more than a century ago. It’s a beautiful building with a fabled history, but it’s also a business. We'll talk about putting a price tag on the hotel, and find out who might be buying, and hear some of the stories that give “The Brown” a special corner in Colorado history.
