Inthe dark days of the Depression, Charles Ault Sr. opened a littletheater called the Festival Playhouse in Denver. Seventy-five yearslater, some of the kids, grandkids..even great-grandkids of those firstaudiences still come to the playhouse. And it’s remained in theAult family. Charles Ault Jr.-- Charley -- runs the theater today. It’s now in Arvada. On a recent night a friend sold cash only tickets in the lobby whileCharley and his wife joined actors getting intocostume for their latest production - “P.S. Merry Christmas.” Ryan Warner speaks with Charley Ault.
