A former prison is on this year's list of the state's most endangered places. The Fort Lyon Correctional Facility in southeastern Colorado closed in 2011 due to budget cuts. The property was originally a military installation back in the 1800’s. CPR’s Andrea Dukakis speaks with Rachel Parris, of Colorado Preservation, Inc., which compiles the list.
