Colorado singer and songwriter Chuck Pyle, whose songs were often inspired by the Rocky Mountains, died in Palmer Lake on Friday at the age of 70. In 2013, Pyle spoke to Ryan Warner in the wake of historic flooding in Colorado. He had received a lot of requests to play his song, "Here Comes the Water," about another historic Colorado flood in 1976 that killed 143 people.
