The Colorado gear shop 123Mountain has found itself at the center of consumer complaints controversy. Some customers say the store has failed to fill orders and when they complain, they get may get no customer service.
Those are the findings of journalist Brendan Borrell. He followed a trail of complaints through cyberspace to the shop for Outside Online.
Neither Borrell nor CPR News was able to reach 123Mountain for comment.
