The saying goes, if you don’t like the weather in Colorado, wait five minutes. So you can imagine forecasters here have a tough time keeping up with changing conditions. Now the National Weather Service's Grand Junction office is putting out forecasts four times as often. That's for much of the Western Slope and parts of eastern Utah, and it’s a test to see if it can be done without breaking the bank. Ryan Warner talks with meteorologist Jim Pringle.
