Measures have appeared on the ballot on issues ranging from abortion to school funding. Laura Frank is executive director of the I-News Network, a non-profit investigative journalism organization, based in Denver. Because ballot measures have become so important, I-News is launching “Voters Edge Colorado.” It's an online guide to help you figure out what these initiatives are all about. Laura Frank talks with CPR's Ryan Warner.
