Legacy of 2013 Gun Bills Still Shadows The Capitol

Only one gun-control bill has been introduced this legislative session in Colorado. It would ban bump stocks. Two other gun-control laws, passed in Colorado five years ago, still cast a long shadow over the Capitol. Eli Stokols covered the bitter and very partisan fight over those laws, and the political fallout that affects how willing Colorado lawmakers are to take on gun control even today.
