The number of Baby Boomers in Colorado — people 65 and older — is one of the fastest growing age groups in the country. In 15 years, it will more than double. Eyeing this demographic shift, state lawmakers are creating a strategic planning group to address everything from transportation infrastructure to the state's budget. Their plan is due next November.
