Thousands of Coloradans are doing something a little crazy this month. They’re writing novels - entire novels - in 30 days. The event is called NaNoWriMo - short for National Novel Writing Month. A handful of San Francisco writers started doing this while back. It’s now grown to over 200,000 adults and more than 40,000 kids around the world. Students at Aurora Quest K-8 in Aurora are giving it a try. JJ Eagleston teaches sixth- grade writing there. Ryan Warner spoke with Eagleston and 7th grader Shelby Kleinhans.
