To write his new guide to Colorado breweries, Denver Business Journal reporter Ed Sealover traveled to an insurance sales office in Del Norte, braved a snowstorm in Dolores and sampled some of the strangest flavors ever brewed. The result is "'Mountain Brews." Sealover sat down with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner at the Ale House at Amato's in Denver, a place that specializes in pouring dozens of Colorado beers, to talk about the industry's rise in the state and some of the more unusual stories he found.
