While most of us are bundled up indoors, Chris Conner is outside, driving around on the coldest nights of the year, to find people who need shelter. He spent late Monday night combing the streets, and offering people a warm place to sleep. Conner is an outreach worker for Urban Peak. It's a center that focuses on young adults who are homeless. He told Ryan Warner about some of the places where he finds people who need a roof over their heads. (Photo from Wikimedia Commons)
