A new photography exhibit in Denver doesn’t show off painstaking compositions or fancy effects. In fact, a lot of the pictures look like family snapshots. They’re intimate, sometimes a little out of focus. They let the viewer peer into the lives of some of Colorado’s newest residents, refugees from Bhutan, a tiny, impoverished country east of India and south of China. CPR's Zachary Barr spoke with one of the workshop's instructors, Bridget McAuliffe, and participant Pingala Khanal about what both women learned.
