The state Democratic and Republican parties have new leaders. Their jobsare to shape their parties’ platforms, recruit candidates and --probably -- referee some fights among the party faithful. Today we meet the new state GOP Chairman, Ryan Call. He's a 35-year-old lawyer from Denver's south suburbs.
