Peter Oundjian has been appointed as the new principal conductor of the Colorado Symphony.

Peter Oundjian traded in his violin for the conductor’s podium when a neurological disorder caused muscle spasms in his hand. His career eventually led him to Colorado where Oundjian is the new principal conductor of the Colorado Symphony and the music director of the Colorado Music Festival.
