The investigation into a sexting scandal at Cañon City High School wrapped up last week on a measured note. No charges will be filed against any of the 106 students swept into an investigation of 351 sexually explicit photos. The incident drew national attention last month, but Fremont County District Attorney Thom LeDoux said a lack of aggravating circumstances meant no charges would be filed. George Welsh is superintendent of Cañon City Schools. He spoke with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner.
