The 2022 Winter Olympics are ten years away. But cities who want to host the games are already lining up. And Denver is thinking about joining that line. Tomorrow, twenty people will meet in Denver to begin discussing whether Colorado’s capital city should launch a bid. The group will present its recommendation to city and state leaders in a couple months. Joining CPR's Zachary Barr to talk about Denver’s road ahead is NPR's Howard Berkes. He’ s covered seven Olympics, including the most recent Games held in the U.S., the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
