Two years ago in Vermont, Hurricane Irene claimed six lives, cut off 13 towns, and damaged more than 500 miles of roads. The images from the flooding there look a like the ones being taken now in Colorado. And the residents' experiences are similar too. Vermont has sent some of its recovery experts to Colorado to lend a hand. Governor John Hickenlooper asked for advice from Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin. Governor Shumlin speaks with Ryan Warner.
