Budget Cuts to Mental Health Programs

Programs that aid people with mental illness and addiction have been cut every year since the state's budget crisis three years ago. The Mental Health Association of Colorado recently released figures that reflect budget cuts to mental heath programs have cost taxpayers millions of dollars. Jeanne Rohner, Executive Director of the Association, talks about the findings.
