Deal Struck on Mercury Emissions

Coal-fired power plants in the state are about to emit a lot less mercury. After months of wrangling, environmentalists, local governments and major utilities recently agreed to some of the strictest guidelines in the country. Ryan Warner talks to attorney James Sanderson, who represented the five utilities that operate coal-fired power plants in Colorado, and Vickie Patton, a lawyer for Environmental Defense.
