It's been just over a year since oilman Tim Marquez established the Denver Scholarship Foundation, exclusively for Denver high school graduates. Now, the money-for-college program is expanding city-wide. Dan Meyers speaks with executive director Cindy Abramson and Lincoln High School principal Antonio Esquibel.
