Legislation to increase Colorado's renewable energy standards is on the table, and it greatly increases what's mandated currently under Amendment 37, which voters approved three years ago. State Representative Jack Pommer, a Boulder Democrat, is co-sponsoring the bill. Dan Meyers talks to Will Coyne, program director for Environment Colorado, an advocacy group that supports the bill, and Stan Lewandowski, general manager of the Intermountain Rural Electric Association, which opposes it.
