A bill in the Colorado legislature would put mental illness on par with physical illness. The Mental Health Parity bill would require insurance companies to pay equal benefits for mental and physical ailments. Ryan Warner talks to supporter Chris Habgood, vice president of public policy for the Mental Health Association of Colorado, and opponent Ralph Pollack, a health-policy expert who sits on the board of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry.
