A new Colorado law called the Quality Teacher Act requires officials to study the so-called "teacher gap" and consider a statewide teacher identification system, which would track instructors through their careers in Colorado. Ryan Warner talks to Jacki Paone, executive director of the Alliance for Quality Teaching, which lobbied for the law.
