Proposed Ballot Initiative Would Create Term Limits for Judges

This week, we're re-broadcasting conversations about some of the ballot measures in the upcoming election. Amendment 40 would create term limits for state Supreme Court Justices and judges on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Ryan Warner talks to John Andrews, the former state Senate president, who supports the measure, and Roger Clark, former president of the Colorado Bar Association, who opposes it.
