Sending Colorado Juveniles to Adult Court

Colorado is one of about a dozen states that allow prosecutors to charge juveniles as adults.But there's a campaign to give these young offenders a second chance – as part of a bill in the legislature. Ryan Warner speaks with defense attorney Maureen Cain, who's lobbying for the bill, and with Senator Josh Penry, a Republican from Fruita – who is against it.
