The Denver streets are alive this week with pedestrians. Mixed in among the throngs of media and delegates, are dozens and dozens of street peddlers. The competition is intense. That's partly because the city let anyone who paid a little over 80 dollars get what's called a peddler's license. But, as Zachary Barr reports, not everyone's followed that law. View photo.
