State Likely Won’t Be Liable for Fire Damage

The Colorado State Forest Service now says a controlled burn set last week got out of control and sparked the deadly wildfire in Jefferson County. CPR's Pat Mack talks with Jan Spies, a Denver attorney specializing in insurance issues, about whether that means the state is liable for the damage.
