On this week's show:

Chloe chats with members of the team involved in "Dreaming Sin Fronteras," a new stage production featuring students from the University of Colorado at Denver in collaboration with musicians from the Colorado band DeVotchKa and the L.A.’s Ozomatli. 

Arts reporter Ange-Aimee Woods visits a Denver high school to discover how students at the school are learning to be hip-hop emcees by playing chess. 

In the first episode of Book Club, the arts show's new literary series, authors Lisa Jones, Peter Heller and Helen Thorpe discuss some recent books they've been reading. 

Boulder Banjo player Jake Schepps and his band Expedition perform an excerpt from the world premiere of a piece by Matt Flinner – a classical composition scored just for a bluegrass string band.
