Colorado Symphony Ends CPR Broadcast Partnership

The Colorado Symphony Association (CSA) has ended its 15-year broadcast partnership with Colorado Public Radio. CPR will no longer air performances of the Colorado Symphony’s current and past seasons on Thursday nights or broadcast live concerts from the Symphony.

The CSA no longer wished to work with CPR under the same terms we have with numerous content partners across the state. And so they ended this long-standing partnership.

CPR Classical remains committed to providing performances from Colorado musicians, ensembles, opera companies and festivals around the state. We will be adding more performances to our upcoming live broadcast schedule and will keep listeners posted.

Updated 11/21: While previously scheduled performances from the Colorado Symphony will no longer be broadcast, CPR will continue to tell you about Colorado Symphony concerts and activities as well as interviews with musicians.
