Colorado's congressional delegation is asking the House and Senate to raise the spending limit on Denver's new veterans hospital from $800 million to $1.1 billion so the troubled project can be completed.

Sen. Michael Bennet, Sen. Cory Gardner and Rep. Mike Coffman introduced legislation Wednesday to raise the cap.
