A traffic signal that was giving pedestrians the bird was fixed Thursday, reports the Fort Collins Coloradoan.
It's not clear just how long the signal appeared to be flashing the obscene gesture, the paper noted. However, it took about one business day to fix it, which is typical, according to city traffic engineer Joe Olson.
