The Boulder City Council has voted to restrict short-term rentals such as reservations made online though sites like VRBO and Airbnb. The Daily Camera reports the Council voted late last night to proceed with a plan limiting short-term rentals to people's principal homes. Council members want to have regulations in place before asking voters to approve a tax on such rentals in November.
