two-day visit will mark the first time the Tibetan spiritual leader has come to Boulder in 18 years.
On October 21 and 22, the Dalai Lama will give teachings in the morning and speeches at the Coors Events Center in the afternoon. Tickets on sale this week buy access to both. Those tickets, called sponsor tickets, range in price from $250 to $2,500 and include perks like a Tibetan-style boxed lunch.
Sales of group tickets will open Thursday and general admission tickets will open next Monday, August 3. All tickets for the general public will be available through the event website.
Free tickets are available to students of CU-Boulder on a first-come-first-serve basis.
