Colorado Won’t Investigate Planned Parenthood Over Videos

Colorado authorities will not investigate Planned Parenthood's Denver branch over allegations the organization illegally profited from the sale of fetal tissue used for medical research.

Colorado Republican Attorney General Cynthia Coffman told KUSA-TV that state law requires such an investigation be done by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The department told the television station it has no plans investigate.
