Judge Allows Denver Jury Activists To Keep Pamphleting

An injunction from a federal judge allows Denver activists to continue to hand out jury nullification literature on courthouse grounds as long as they mind the landscaping.

The Denver Post reports that U.S. District Judge William Martinez granted the injunction Tuesday in connection to a lawsuit filed earlier in August on behalf of the Fully Formed Jury Association.
