Aspen Police Arrest Suspected Would-Be Party Crasher

A suspected would-be party crasher is facing a theft charge after police say he stole a credential and tried to get into an Aspen conference featuring former secretary of state Colin Powell.

The Aspen Daily News reports officers arrested 59-year-old Herb Beshar on Saturday at the St. Regis Aspen. He has been charged with misdemeanor theft.
