At Congress, Colorado Delegation Split Over Abandoned Mines

On Wednesday, Colorado Republican Rep. Doug Lamborn discussed Good Samaritan legislation he sponsored at a committee hearing on Capitol Hill. It’s part of a trio of bills that would provide incentives and make it legally feasible for private groups to clean up abandoned mines.
