Cuts To Planned Parenthood Anger Some Coloradans

Officials in a Colorado county say they have gotten a sharp reaction to their decision to eliminate funding for the local Planned Parenthood clinic, most of it negative.

The Post Independent reports that Garfield County voted Monday to remove the $1,500 grant that the clinic was set to receive in 2016. Commissioner Tom Jankovsky complained that Planned Parenthood has become too partisan and shouldn't be supported by county money.
