Colorado Springs Man Looks To Fund Veteran Housing Project

A Colorado Springs man who has raised $2,000 for his planned veteran housing project is hoping to increase that number to $2 million.

The Gazette reports that Chief Master Sgt. William Galvan wants to build a village on the plains east of the city to house dozens of veterans who are working to get back on their feet. He has already purchased a $147,000, four-bedroom house in Security to start.
