Army Pilot Killed In South Korea To Be Buried In Colorado

A U.S. Army helicopter pilot who was killed during an apparent training exercise in South Korea will be buried in Grand Junction with full military honors on Monday.

The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reports that Chief Warrant Officer 3 Brandon Smith, a former Grand Junction resident, was killed when the Apache helicopter he was piloting crashed Nov. 24. Smith was assigned to the 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade stationed in South Korea.
