Drivers will need to be extra cautious and pay attention to signs when traveling on parts of US 36 this weekend, says the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Lane restrictions are planned for between Broomfield and Westminster starting tomorrow night through Sunday morning. Crews will be doing pouring concrete from Federal to Sheridan boulevards. CDOT will also re-align westbound traffic into a temporary split-lane configuration between Wadsworth Parkway and West Flatiron Crossing all day Saturday.
CDOT is advising advises drivers to plan extra travel time this weekend in the restricted areas or take an alternate route.
