Colorado Taxpayers Could See Refund Delays

The state's efforts against identity theft could delay how long it takes Colorado taxpayers to receive their refunds this year.

The Denver Post reports that the state Department of Revenue says this year's focus on fraud detection and prevention could delay refunds by up to two months.
