Colorado State University's governing board has approved a motion involving naming rights for the school's new $220 million stadium, but officials won't say whether any agreement has been reached.
The Coloradoan reports that the motion was presented during a closed-door meeting of the CSU Board of Governors in Denver. The minutes were made public last month.
School spokesman Mike Hooker says there's nothing further the university can say about the motion. He didn't return a request for comment on whether or not the school has entered into a naming-rights agreement or signed a naming-rights contract.
A feasibility report from 2012 estimated that a naming-rights agreement could bring $400,000 to $750,000 in annual revenue.
The stadium is expected to be ready for the 2017 football season.
