A survey by a major moving company finds a lot of young adults are moving to Denver.
Colorado's Capitol city is third among US cities as the place Americans under 35 are moving to, according to the Mayflower Company’s annual survey.
Only Dallas and Chicago are higher on the list. Seattle, Atlanta and Los Angeles all came in below Denver.
It’s the second recent report citing Denver as a desirable place to call home. Last month, U.S. News and World Report ranked Denver as the number one best place to live.
Denver’s popularity among millennials could mean the arrival of older transplants too. Last year’s Mayflower survey found increasing numbers of Baby Boomers moving near their adult children, to be closer to grandchildren.
