Firefighters and police in Boulder are investigating after a report of an explosion in a hotel Wednesday morning.

A photo in the Daily Camera shows the side of a third-floor room ripped out at the Broker Inn near the University of Colorado.

Chris Pert lives above the room and says he saw glass and furniture on the ground below after the apparent explosion.

It's not clear if anyone was injured. The hotel has been evacuated.
