The Denver district attorney will not pursue criminal charges against four Denver police officers who killed a parolee in a shootout. District Attorney Mitch Morrissey says the parolee put officers and the public at risk when he led police on a wild car chase, crashed the vehicle and began firing as he ran. A police officer was wounded during the Feb. 22 shooting.
