The wind and rain were no match for the legal marijuana fans who crowded into Denver's Civic Center Park on Friday to light up for the Mile High 420 Festival. The celebration of all things weed was just one of many around the country, and came on the same day that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York said he planned to introduce a bill taking marijuana off the federal list of controlled substances — in effect decriminalizing its use.
