Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival: Lost and Found

"The opening concert of Alpenglow's 25th Anniversary! We feature a unique piece, 'Lost & Found' written by our composer-in-residence, Kenji Bunch. The composer himself will perform his work on viola, collaborating with a percussionist. Another gem by the Armenian composer Arno Babajanian is still relatively unknown in the U.S. -- this dramatic and passionate music is reminiscent of Rachmaninoff. After intermission, we present the iconic favorite, the elegant and colorful piano quartet in C minor by Fauré."
